Ingersoll Rand is hiring a Junior Controller in Isola Vicentina (VI), Italy to support financial controlling activities through reporting, data analysis and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities include weekly management reports, monthly closing, budgeting and forecasting, and SAP-based reporting. Fluency in English and a strong Excel/BI skillset are required. Salary range 25,000–35,000€ with benefits.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics is required.
• Experience in accounting/controlling or audit is preferred.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills are essential.
• SAP knowledge is a plus; BI tools like QLIK are advantageous.
• Good command of English is required.

Mansioni

• Prepare and maintain weekly management reports, including orders, revenue, pricing, inventory.
• Support the monthly closing process and the preparation of management accounts.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Develop, maintain SAP-based reports and performance dashboards.
• Analyze data from BI tools and provide insights to management.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Pricing, and Sales on inventory control and stock reduction initiatives.
• SGA spend analysis.
