Haier Europe in Italy seeks a Junior Controller to support the Finance team for the Italian market, focusing on Finished Goods profitability and reporting. The role collaborates across the organization to ensure accurate data and sound financial insights.

You will contribute to monthly closings, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, supporting cost control and profitability analysis by product line, while working with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams.

Competenze

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in controlling or finance, preferably in structured multinationals.
• Accounting knowledge.
• Good knowledge of Excel and financial reporting tools (SAP is a plus).
• Knowledge of consolidation/reporting tools such as Hyperion or Oracle is considered a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Knowledge of the FMCG or White Goods industry is a plus.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

Employment Type: Permanent Contract; Full-Time

National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): Metalmeccanici Privati

Minimum Gross Annual Salary: € 32.000
