Copeland Controls in Belluno, Italy, seeks a Junior Controller to support monthly close, budgeting and reporting while ensuring data accuracy and compliance. The role is on-site at our Belluno site and involves collaboration with the finance team.

The ideal candidate holds a finance-related degree, demonstrates strong analytical skills, and is proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Italian is native with intermediate English, and a proactive, team-oriented approach is expected.

This role will be responsible for supporting financial reporting, planning, and analysis activities while ensuring the accuracy of financial data and compliance with internal controls. The Junior Controller will work closely with finance stakeholders to support month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes. This job is based in Belluno, Italy, and regular on-site presence is required.

Salary: €27,000 - €32,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
