Haier Europe is seeking a Financial Controller for Area Service to lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for the Service department in a cross-functional setting. You will monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in controlling or service operations, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and fluency in Italian and English. The role offers a permanent contract and smart working options.

Key Responsibilities

What you need to succeed

• Language: Excellent communication skills both in Italian and in English, spoken and written
• Technical & Soft Skills Strong analytical and numerical skills Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of ERP/BI tools is a plus Good organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively
