Job summary

ZEGNA in Milan is seeking a Junior Consumer Value Insights Specialist to transform consumer data into actionable recommendations that improve satisfaction, engagement, and business performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure insights guide strategic decisions.

You bring 1-2 years in consumer insights or analytics, strong skills in Excel, SQL, and BI tools, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in consumer insights, analytics or consumer experience roles.
Proficiency with data tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong communication and visualization skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Analyze consumer data, market trends, and feedback sources to identify key insights that support consumer value initiatives.
Assess patterns in engagement, retention, purchase behavior, and customer lifetime value to highlight opportunities.
Build dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders and track performance.
Collaborate with Consumer Value, Marketing, CRM, and Product teams to provide insight-driven recommendations.
Support development of consumer segmentation models for targeted strategies.
Gather and synthesize consumer feedback from surveys, social listening, NPS, and service interactions.
Assist in planning and executing qualitative and quantitative research projects.
