Job summary

ZEGNA in Milan invites applications for a Junior Product Manager Shoes & LA Intern. You will support collection development from materials to prototypes and help monitor sample production, working closely with Design and Supply Chain teams.

The role requires a Product Design degree or similar, strong Excel/Word and Illustrator skills, and fluent English. This internship offers hands-on experience in a luxury fashion environment and a friendly, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong time and process management abilities.
• High precision and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Support collection development through materials, colors, and prototypes in collaboration with the Design office.
• Assist in defining the collection qualitative structure.
• Support fabrics and accessories research.
• Participate in sample definition and fitting quality checks.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to share sample production information.
• Monitor sample production.
• Prepare technical sheets for proto launch.
• Maintain continuous communication with back-office for fluent information flow.
