ZEGNA in Milan seeks a Visual Merchandising Business Analyst & Projects Coordinator to drive global budget planning and cross-functional projects. The role reports to the Visual Merchandising Director and involves coordinating regional investments with marketing guidelines while supporting strategy and execution.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in analysis and PM, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluency in English, with a proactive, international mindset.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis and project management.
• Experience in budgeting, data analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management in international environments.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Consolidate regional Visual Merchandising budgets for global HQ alignment.
• Produce investment analyses for displays with cost breakdowns.
• Prepare budget and project performance reports for leadership.
• Support VM Director in cross-functional project meetings and follow-ups.
• Coordinate VM team activities and liaise with other departments.
• Help manage supplier contracts with Procurement to stay within budget.
