Job summary

SANY Italy is seeking 1–2 motivated Junior Sales Managers to join our channel sales team in Torino. You will support end-to-end dealer portfolio management, drive dealer performance, and contribute to sales target delivery for SANY construction machinery across the Italian dealer network.

This development-oriented role is ideal for candidates with sales experience eager to grow into a full channel sales manager in the Italian construction equipment market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of sales management experience; background in construction machinery or industrial equipment preferred.
• Native-level Italian; fluent professional business English (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end dealer portfolio management and monitor dealer performance.
• Conduct regular dealer visits across Italy and report market insights.
• Assist dealers with commercial opportunities, tender support, promotions and training.
• Track sales pipeline and prepare forecasts using CRM/ERP data."
