Job summary

SANY Group in Italy seeks a Channel Development Lead to grow the Italian material handler product line by recruiting dealers and building a robust sales channel across Italy. You will align dealer activity with SANY's strategy, deliver market development plans, and drive performance via reviews and incentives.

Fluency in English and Italian required; willingness to travel. This role offers a hands-on, field-based opportunity to shape market presence and revenue growth through partner network

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven channel/dealer development experience in construction machinery or heavy equipment.
• Track record building dealer networks and managing channel sales.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Willing to travel extensively across Italy.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers/distributors across Italy.
• Build and maintain long-term dealer relationships aligned with SANY's strategy.
• Formulate and execute market development strategies, sales plans, and territory targets.
• Drive dealer performance through business reviews and incentive programs.
• Provide market intelligence for product positioning and pricing.
• Equip dealers with product knowledge, sales tools, and marketing materials.
• Represent SANY at trade shows and exhibitions.
• Coordinate with HQ teams on feedback and launches.
• Deliver sales forecasts, pipeline, and channel performance reports.
