TSS Damping Solutions in Cuneo, Italy, is seeking a Junior Automotive Account Manager to support the management and development of a key customer within the automotive sector. You will collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to drive growth and ensure high customer satisfaction across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities include handling daily customer relations, supporting quotes and pricing, and contributing to project execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Automotive Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years in Sales, Customer Service, Project Management, or Account Management roles, preferably within industrial or automotive environments.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily operational and commercial relationships with the assigned customer.
• Support business development activities and identify new commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and production teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Participate in technical and commercial meetings with customers.
• Monitor KPIs, forecasts, budgets, and commercial performance.
• Support the preparation of commercial quotations and pricing activities.
• Contribute to the management of quality and operational issues.
• Prepare analyses and reports to support commercial decision-making.
• Support new product launches and engineering change implementations.
