Job summary

TSS Damping Solutions, part of the Trelleborg Group, is seeking a Junior Automotive Account Manager to support the management and development of a key automotive customer, coordinating with R&D, Quality, Operations and Supply Chain.

Based at the Cuneo site, the role offers permanent employment, a 3-month probation, and opportunities in a multinational, fast-evolving environment with training and career development; travel up to 40% possible within Italy and abroad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Automotive Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Project Management, or Account Management roles.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad (25-40%).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational and commercial relationships with the assigned customer.
• Support business development activities and identify new commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and production teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Participate in technical and commercial meetings with customers.
• Monitor KPIs, forecasts, budgets, and commercial performance.
• Support the preparation of commercial quotations and pricing activities.
• Contribute to the management of quality and operational issues.
• Prepare analyses and reports to support commercial decision-making.
• Support new product launches and engineering changes.
