Johnson Electric Group in Asti, Italy, seeks a Senior Sales Manager to drive sustainable, profitable growth across an assigned European automotive business area. You will lead a four-person sales team across Europe, shape commercial strategy, expand with OEM and Tier 1 customers, and manage pricing, contracts and forecasts.

The role requires engineering understanding, extensive automotive sales experience, fluent English (German a plus), and willingness to travel.

Competenze

Engineering or technical education with ability to understand engineered products and trade-offs.
Extensive sales and business development experience in automotive, OEM/Tier-1.
Strong network among European automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
Proven track record in profitable growth, pricing, contracting and forecasting.
Leadership experience with a geographically dispersed team.

Mansioni

Lead, coach and coordinate a team of four sales professionals across Europe.
Drive sustainable, profitable growth for the assigned business unit including pricing and long-term agreements.
Acquire profitable new business with existing and new customers; achieve booking targets.
Define medium- and long-term commercial strategy with consideration of customer needs and market trends.
Lead budget and sales planning; monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
Maintain a current business plan and SFDC pipeline with monthly updates.
Ensure contract reviews, debit/credit notes, price adjustments and quotations.
