Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Jesolo is seeking a Junior Residences Manager to oversee operations of the aparthotel, ensuring smooth front-of-house service and owner relations. You will manage coordination with the building manager and project managers, oversee renovations, and maintain strong communication with apartment owners.

Competenze

• Fluent in English and German with a strong Front Office background.
• Experience in aparthotel operations and owner communications.
• Ability to coordinate renovation and management of apartments.

Mansioni

• Organize and coordinate the entire business within the aparthotel as per management instructions.
• Communicate with apartment owners and participate in internal meetings.
• Coordinate with the building manager and project manager for ongoing operations.
• Monitor occupancy and prepare owner invoices; manage Pay-Master accounts and Pro-forma invoices.
• Organize cleaning and preparation of apartments for owner arrivals and handovers.
• Oversee renovations, maintenance, and common area repairs in agreement with owners.
• Ensure regular updates with owners regarding contracts and apartment maintenance.
