Job summary

Intervieweb is seeking a qualified HR professional based at the Busano plant (TO) to manage and coordinate HR processes for the manufacturing site, reporting to the Division Regional HR Manager and collaborating with local plant managers and COEs.The role covers personnel administration, industrial relations, talent acquisition and onboarding, people development, HR advisory, COE policy implementation, and change management across the Bologna and Turin plants.

Responsibilities

• Personnel administration end-to-end for the manufacturing plants, in coordination with the payroll office.
• Support industrial relations with plant managers and the Regional HR Manager.
• Lead talent acquisition, selection, and onboarding for operational, technical and white-collar roles.
• Develop and monitor performance management, training, and competency development.
• Provide daily HR advisory on labor law, welfare, and internal regulations.
• Implement COE policies and adapt them to Bologna and Turin plants.
• Support change management related to HR digitalization and plant evolution.

ABOUT THE JOB

Based at the Busano (TO) plant, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating HR processes for the manufacturing site, reporting directly to the Division Regional HR Manager and working in close collaboration with local plant managers and COEs.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Personnel Administration: Manage the end-to-end personnel administration cycle for both plants, working in cooperation with the external payroll office.
• Industrial Relations: Support plant managers and the Regional HR Manager in the day-to-day management of local industrial and labor union relations.
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Implement recruiting, selection, and onboarding policies for operational, technical, and white-collar roles in line with group standards.
• People Development: Monitor and manage performance management, training, and competency development processes defined at the central level.
• HR Advisory: Provide daily support and guidance to employees and line managers on labor law, corporate welfare, and internal company regulations.
• COE Guidelines Implementation: Act as the local point of contact for implementing policies, processes, and projects defined by central Centers of Excellence (COEs)adapting them to the specific needs of the Bologna and Turin plants.
• Change Management: Actively support change management processes related to organizational transformations, HR process digitalization, or plant evolutions, guiding managers and employees through the transition journey.
