Deliveroo is seeking a Senior Regional Operations Manager to own a market-level area in Italy, delivering a seamless customer experience. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, model outcomes, and drive growth while managing costs.

You’ll partner with commercial teams and riders to optimize network efficiency, service levels and stakeholder relationships, with autonomy to shape local strategy. You’ll work with data, build models, run tests, and apply AI tools to speed up insights, with

Competenze

5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, project-based environment (tech startup or consultancy).
Strong analytics experience (quantitative and qualitative), including Excel modelling and data crunching.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Italian is a plus.
Strategic thinking with proven ability to execute plans and manage multiple projects.

Own complex logistic and financial strategic initiatives across the market.
Define market-winning, hyper-local strategies balancing cost, growth and service levels.
