Listgrove Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive / Area Manager to own the Italian market for polymer materials. You will drive new business and expand relationships with existing clients across the plastics sector, collaborating with technical and production teams to deliver tailored solutions.

The role requires proven plastics sales experience, a strong network in the Italian market, and fluency in English and Italian. This is a field-based position with Europe-wide client interaction and travel.

Competenze

Proven sales experience within plastics, polymers, additives, masterbatch, or related materials industries.
Strong track record of developing new business while managing strategic customer relationships.
Commercially driven with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Fluent English and Italian language ability is essential.

Mansioni

Analyse opportunities within the catchment area and identify new prospects to open and develop the market.
Maintain and grow the active client portfolio and drive account growth.
Build relationships with compounders, masterbatch manufacturers, polymer processors and plastics converters.
Identify market trends, competitor activity and new commercial opportunities.
Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports and market intelligence.
Collaborate with technical and production teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure excellent customer support.
Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor customer payments.
Represent the business at meetings and industry events across Europe.
