Listgrove Ltd., leader internazionale in recruitment, cerca un Sales Executive / Area Manager per i materiali polimerici in Italia. Riporterai al Sales Director e ti occuperai dello sviluppo del mercato italiano, gestendo sia nuovi contatti che relazioni esistenti, con focus su soluzioni tecniche per clienti nel settore plastica.

La posizione richiede capacità negoziale, viaggi frequenti e fluente conoscenza di inglese e italiano.

Competenze

Proven sales experience within the plastics, polymers, additives, masterbatch, compounding or related materials industries.
Strong track record of developing new business whilst managing strategic customer relationships.
Experience selling technical raw materials, compounds, concentrates or additives into plastics processing markets would be highly advantageous.
Commercially driven with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Fluent English is essential together with Italian.
Comfortable travelling.

Mansioni

Analysing and identifying opportunities within the established catchment area, as well as contacting and acquiring new prospects to open and develop the market.
Carrying out maintenance and loyalty-building work for the active client portfolio, as well as driving the growth of these accounts.
Build strong relationships with compounders, masterbatch manufacturers, polymer processors, film producers and other plastics converters.
Identify market trends, competitor activity and new commercial opportunities.
Deliver regular sales forecasts, activity reports and market intelligence.
Work collaboratively with technical, production and customer service teams to ensure excellent customer support.
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage customer payment performance.
Represent the business at customer meetings, industry exhibitions and trade fairs throughout Europe.
