Listgrove Ltd. cerca un Sales Executive / Area Manager per l’Italia nel settore polimeri, con responsabilità di sviluppo commerciale, gestione clienti e creazione di nuove opportunità di mercato.

Il ruolo richiede capacità di lavorare con team tecnici e di produzione per offrire soluzioni su misura, nonché spostamenti in tutta l’Italia e in Europa per incontri con clienti e fiere di settore.

Competenze

• Proven sales experience within the plastics, polymers, additives, masterbatch, compounding or related materials industries.

Mansioni

• Analysing and identifying opportunities within the established catchment area, as well as contacting and acquiring new prospects to open and develop the market.
• Carrying out maintenance and loyalty‑building work for the active client portfolio, as well as driving the growth of these accounts.
• Build strong relationships with compounders, masterbatch manufacturers, polymer processors, film producers and other plastics converters.
• Identify market trends, competitor activity and new commercial opportunities.
• Deliver regular sales forecasts, activity reports and market intelligence.
• Work collaboratively with technical, production and customer service teams to ensure excellent customer support.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage customer payment performance.
• Represent the business at customer meetings, industry exhibitions and trade fairs throughout Europe.
