Verbatim Pharma is seeking a Director of Business Development/Country Manager for Italy. Based in Milan/Rome, you will own the market entry, take over existing clients, and drive growth across hospitals, wholesalers and pharmacy groups.

You will design a go-to-market plan, then hire and lead a sales team to scale the business. You will work hands-on initially as the sole on-ground presence, collaborating with a European group to shape strategy and execution.

Competenze

• 8+ years of commercial experience in pharmaceutical wholesale/distribution.
• Established network with Italian wholesalers, hospitals and pharmacy groups.
• Proven track record in developing and leading a sales channel.

Mansioni

• Take over and grow existing client relationships in Italy.
• Develop new business across hospital, wholesaler, and pharmacy channels.
• Build a go-to-market plan and hire/lead a sales team as the business scales.
