Meridian Bioscience is seeking a highly motivated sales leader to drive growth in the Italian IVD market, with a focus on Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna. The ideal candidate will be based in Emilia Romagna and accelerate revenue growth.

You will lead regional sales efforts, expand market share, strengthen customer relationships, and shape commercial strategy while ensuring disciplined execution and measurable results. Salesforce proficiency is required for pipeline management.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Italian IVD market.
• Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Science.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).
• Strategic, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and execute commercial opportunities.
• Ideally some experience leading and developing a small team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Resilient, ambitious team player who drives performance through accountability and motivation.

Mansioni

• Drive sustainable revenue growth within the Italian IVD market
• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
• Utilize CRM tools (preferably SFDC) to manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
• Deliver accurate and timely business performance reports
• Proactively propose strategic initiatives to improve market penetration and operational efficiency
• Inspire a small sales team to exceed performance expectations (where applicable)
