Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an Italy Payroll Lead to oversee monthly payroll activities for Italy in partnership with ADP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. The role requires fluency in Italian and English, strong Excel skills, and experience with payroll providers such as ADP Celergo.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with one day in the office per week. The successful candidate will manage payroll changes, support year-end activities, and collaborate

The Job: As the Italy Payroll Lead, you’ll be part of our payroll team. You’ll get to: Oversee monthly payroll activities for Italy in partnership with ADP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Support the internal payroll team and resolve payroll queries and escalations from employees and stakeholders. Manage payroll changes related to hires, terminations, absences, and employee data updates. Support post-payroll activities, reporting, controls, and compliance-related tasks. Partner with the EMEA Payroll Manager, HR, and project teams on payroll updates, process improvements, and key initiatives. Support year-end payroll activities, audits, and payroll-related projects.

Salary Range: €36.000,00 - €50.500,00 This is the lowest to highest salary range we would pay at the time of this posting.
