Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an Italy Payroll Lead to oversee monthly payroll for Italy in partnership with ADP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

The role requires fluency in Italian and English, strong Excel skills, and experience with payroll providers such as ADP Celergo. The position is hybrid (1 day in the office) and is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover in Vimercate or Monvalle, Italy.

Qualifications

• Experience with Italian payroll processes and practices.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Experience with payroll providers; ADP Celergo a plus.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Responsabilités

• Oversee monthly payroll activities for Italy in partnership with ADP, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.
• Support the internal payroll team and resolve payroll queries and escalations from employees and stakeholders.
• Manage payroll changes related to hires, terminations, absences, and employee data updates.
• Support post-payroll activities, reporting, controls, and compliance-related tasks.
• Partner with the EMEA Payroll Manager, HR, and project teams on payroll updates, process improvements, and key initiatives.
• Support year-end payroll activities, audits, and payroll-related projects.
