InPost Italy is seeking an Account Operations Specialist to join the Operations team. You will manage partners from onboarding to locker installations and collaborate with Sales, Deployment and Administration to streamline processes.

The role requires 1+ year in operations or related fields, strong organizational skills, and fluency in Italian and English. A multinational environment and eco-friendly logistics focus are emphasized.

Competenze

• 1+ year of experience in operations, account management or similar roles.
• Strong proactivity and organizational skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Manage partners’ relationships as the operational contact from onboarding to locker installations.
• Monitor and update partner data and project details across databases for accurate operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Deployment and Administration to boost communication and workflow.
• Provide and analyze performance data, generating regular progress reports.
• Offer quality support for the team and partners, including escalations and updates.
