Job summary

Amtivo Group is seeking a commercially minded Marketing Manager to own the Italian market. Based in Milan with a requirement to be in the office at least 3 days per week, you will lead local campaigns, events, content, PR, social media and partner marketing to drive growth.

You'll collaborate with the Italian leadership team and global marketing functions to adapt central strategy into impactful local programmes, manage performance, and contribute to revenue growth in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Experience within a B2B marketing role.
• Proven ability to deliver campaigns, events, content and social media activity.
• Fluent Italian and business-level English.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Self-starter with ownership and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategy and GTM plan for the Italian market.
• Adapt global campaigns, product launches and messaging to local audiences.
• Plan and run Italy events calendar, exhibitions and sponsorships.
• Create and manage webinar programmes end-to-end.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership to generate demand and growth.
