Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Market Access Innovative Director to lead Italy's access strategy for its innovative portfolio. You will shape pricing and reimbursement approaches, translating evidence into compelling payer value propositions and coordinating with local, European, and global teams to secure sustainable patient access across product lifecycles.

Based in Assago (Milan) with travel within Italy, the role requires close collaboration with AIFA, HTA bodies, and medical

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Health Economics, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years in Market Access within pharma or HTA consultancy.
Proven success securing pricing/reimbursement for innovative therapies in Italy.
Experience with AIFA and regional HTA bodies.
Fluent Italian and English.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the Italian Market Access strategy for innovative products.
Develop and execute pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies.
Translate clinical, economic, and real-world evidence into value propositions for payers and decision-makers.
Lead Pricing & Reimbursement submissions and negotiations with AIFA and stakeholders.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with AIFA and HTA bodies.
Represent Teva in external forums and influence healthcare policy.
