Shionogi Europe seeks a Senior Manager, Market Access & HTA Italy to lead the development and execution of market access, pricing, reimbursement and HTA strategies for Italy. This role connects the Italian affiliate with European MA & Policy and supports in-line and pipeline products.

You will build relationships with AIFA, payers, institutions and scientific societies and provide HEOR input to policy and funding decisions.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Economics or related field.
5–7 years’ experience in Market Access, HTA, or Pricing & Reimbursement in pharma/consultancy.
Strong knowledge of Italian pricing, reimbursement and HTA environment; HTA submissions & payer engagement.
Experience in specialty care and/or hospital products; rare-disease HTA experience desirable.
Fluency in Italian and English.
Postgraduate qualification in Health Economics, HTA, or MBA desirable.

Mansioni

Develop, manage and execute Market Access and HTA strategies for Italy.
Lead pricing, reimbursement and HTA activities including dossiers and payer materials.
Provide strategic input into launch readiness and lifecycle management for in-line and pipeline products.
Conduct health economics and outcomes research to support market access strategy.
