Job summary

Teva, a leading biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Market Access Innovative Director for Italy, based in Assago (Milan). You will lead pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies, translate evidence into compelling value propositions, and negotiate with authorities like AIFA.

This is a strategic, cross-functional role requiring deep Italian market expertise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor policy developments, and drive innovative access solutions.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Health Economics, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Market Access within pharma or HTA consultancy.
Proven success securing pricing and reimbursement outcomes for Italy.
Experience with AIFA and regional HTA bodies.
Fluent Italian and English.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the Italian Market Access strategy for innovative products.
Develop pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies for patient access and business goals.
Translate clinical, economic, and real-world evidence into value propositions for payers and decision-makers.
Lead pricing & reimbursement submissions and negotiations with AIFA and others.
