A rare disease company is seeking a Value & Access Director in Lombardy, Italy. This strategic leadership role involves developing and executing the Market Access strategy to ensure optimal pricing and patient access post-marketing authorization. Key responsibilities include engaging with healthcare stakeholders, developing access initiatives, and coordinating the institutional affairs strategy. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Health Sciences or Economics, 5-8+ years of management experience in pharmaceuticals, and strong negotiation and project management skills.

Competenze

• 5–8+ years of experience in management roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing national Market Access strategies.
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement processes and healthcare regulations.

Mansioni

• Develop the Italian Market Access strategy in alignment with the Cluster Value & Access Director.
• Lead the development and implementation of value & access initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making through participation in the Italian Executive Committee.
