Qualifikationen

• 10+ years healthcare experience in market access, pricing, HTA, and key account management.
• Experience negotiating with AIFA and engaging institutional stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of Italian pricing and reimbursement policies and trends.

• Lead development and implementation of pricing and reimbursement strategies for AIFA reviews and approvals.
• Oversee local health economics strategy and development of reimbursement dossiers.
• Develop regional and hospital access plans, including formulary positioning.
• Define strategies to secure patient access for current and future brands.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align stakeholder engagement and media plans.
• Lead and develop the local Market Access team across office- and field-based roles.
• Shape long-term growth of the Market Access department.
• Contribute to Italy Leadership Team and External Affairs Committee initiatives.
• Foster relationships with Global, US, and ACE teams.
