Fever is seeking an experienced Production Team Lead to guide the Italy production team for live experiences in the Italian market and oversee top priority projects. You will drive cross‑functional collaboration and ensure high‑quality delivery across regional FO productions.

This role requires 7+ years in live event production, 1–2 years of people management, and fluency in English and Italian. The position is based in Italy with international travel and requires a hands‑on, solution‑oriented

• Proven track record in live/experiential production management.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Fluent English and Italian with excellent written and verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Lead Italy Production team on regional FO productions and mentor team members.
• Assess projects and allocate within the team or to freelancers as needed.
• Oversee priorities, progress, and deliverables, solving complex production challenges.
• Provide production expertise in feasibility and planning stages of pipelines.
• Manage kit movement, trucking, venue procurement, permits, and safety compliance.
• Monitor build costs, budgets, and proactively identify overruns.
• Collaborate with directors and cross‑functional partners to optimize processes.
• Maintain network of vendors and sites; scale Fever IPs to regional needs.
• Support development of new events and adoption of innovative production formats.
• Handle administrative duties including expenses, invoicing, and contracts.
