Intrepid Travel is seeking an Operations Manager, Italy, to oversee the performance of our trips across Italy, lead and develop our group leaders and guides, and ensure safety and high standards on the ground.

You will collaborate with teams across Europe and globally, balance day-to-day delivery with continuous improvement, and contribute to the Italy DMC strategy within the local Management Group.

Competenze

• Proven operational management experience in travel or related service-led environments.
• Strong understanding of European travel operations and on-ground quality.
