Ecolab is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d) for the Life Sciences market in Italy. The role focuses on developing and commercializing cleaning and disinfection solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturers, with extensive travel across Italy and a consultative sales approach.

You will leverage your pharma industry knowledge, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive strategic sales plans to win new business. English fluency and a results-driven mindset are essential.

Competenze

10+ years of sales experience of cleanroom solutions and consumables to Pharmaceutical Manufacturers using a consultative sales approach.
Willingness to travel within Italy.
Fluent in English.
Strong interpersonal, intercultural and relationship skills.
Analytical skills with learning agility and proactive hands-on approach.
Project management, organizational and planning skills.

Mansioni

Drive new customer acquisition with a hunter approach to expand market presence in pharmaceutical industries.
Manage significant deal volume and target account pipelines.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans, targeting prioritized opportunities.
Respond to inbound leads and leverage sales experience to close new accounts.
