Ecolab is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d) for Life Sciences in Italy. You will drive new customer acquisition, manage account pipelines and develop strategic sales plans to expand our cleaning and disinfection solutions in the Pharmaceutical sector.

The ideal candidate has a science degree, 10+ years selling to pharmaceutical manufacturers, fluent English, strong relationship skills, and willingness to travel within Italy.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Biology, Microbiology, Science or related field.
• 10+ years of sales experience of cleanroom solutions to Pharmaceutical Manufacturers using a consultative approach.
• Experience in industrial environments (Personal Care) preferred.
• Willingness to travel within Italy.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong interpersonal, intercultural and relationship skills.
• Analytical mindset with proactive, hands-on approach.
• Project management, organizational and planning skills.
