Job summary

Mattel is seeking a Sales Associate Key Account Representative on a maternity leave cover in Italy. You will cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, understand their objectives, and drive revenue growth.

You will negotiate contracts with the Channel Manager in Italy, analyze market opportunities, and collaborate with marketing, go-to-market, and customer service to deliver a seamless experience for customers nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and/or key account management.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
• Meet sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.
• Negotiate contracts with key clients, in conjunction with the Channel Manager in Italy.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address issues promptly.
• Collaborate with marketing, go-to-market, and customer service for a seamless experience.
• Prepare yearly Strategic Account Plans and analyze data.
