Job summary

Mattel is hiring a Sales Associate Key Account Representative in Cervia, Italy on a temporary maternity cover basis. You will cultivate relationships with key clients, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets.

Travel nationwide will be required to engage customers and secure contracts. The role demands a bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, proven sales or KAM experience, and strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and/or key account management.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Negotiate contracts with key clients with Channel Manager in Italy.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address issues promptly.
• Collaborate with marketing, go to market, and customer service.
• Prepare yearly Strategic Account Plans and analyze data.
