Travel nationwide will be required to engage customers and secure contracts. The role demands a bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, proven sales or KAM experience, and strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

The Opportunity:

The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and maximizing sales opportunities. As a Sales Associate Key Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

What Your Impact Will Be:

Key Account Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact between the company and key clients.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing key accounts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective coordination and communication.

Market Analysis:

• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.

Contract Negotiation:

• In conjunction with the Channel Manager in Italy, negotiate and finalize contracts with key clients, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties.
• Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance.

Customer Satisfaction:

• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• Gather feedback from key clients to improve products or services.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, go to market, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience and create mid and long term strategic customer plans.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare yearly Strategic Account Plans for the customers under your customer portfolio.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

• Gross annual salary range of EUR 40.000,00- EUR 45.000,00
