The role covers first- and second-level support, ticketing, and collaboration with vendors to resolve AV and hardware issues. You will support Windows and Office, with basic Mac OS knowledge to assist Apple users, plus printers and peripherals.

Qualifications

Several years of experience in the IT field.
Experience in help desk and ticketing environments.
Ability to install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
Basic knowledge of Mac OS for supporting Apple PC users.
Strong problem solving and customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office & Cisco Jabber.
Should have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system to support Apple PC users.
Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
Performs remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral equipment.
Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems related to network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.
