Blank is seeking a proactive People & Finance Coordinator to support our Milan office. You’ll bridge HR administration with finance coordination, ensuring smooth payroll inputs, reimbursements, and vendor payments while supporting recruitment tasks.

You’ll liaise with our Paris HQ and Milan team, maintaining confidential HR records and assisting with onboarding, contracts, and benefits. This hybrid role offers growth and a dynamic work environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, finance administration, or operations.
• Understanding of payroll, and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and HRIS tools.

Mansioni

• Finance Administration (70%): process invoices and reimbursements, support monthly financial reporting, maintain records for audits.
• People Operations (30%): onboarding/offboarding, HR records, contracts and benefits documentation.
