DAZN is seeking a People Operations & Workplace Coordinator for its Italy location in Milan. You will support day-to-day HR administration, onboarding/offboarding, HR systems, payroll inputs and benefits administration, while also managing workplace operations across DAZN Italy offices.

You will act as a trusted contact for employees and managers, ensuring processes are accurate, timely, and compliant with local requirements, and contribute to a positive employee experience and wellbeing

Competenze

• Experience delivering People Operations and HR administration.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, offboarding and employee records.
• Payroll inputs, benefits and time-tracking coordination.

Mansioni

• Support day-to-day administration of People Operations in Italy.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and communications.
• Maintain HRIS data quality and reporting.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and working time records.
• Oversee workplace facilities and vendors in DAZN Italy offices.
