Job summary

Pramac, a Generac Company, is seeking a Sales Manager BESS for Italy to drive business in the Commercial & Industrial energy storage market. Based at our Casole d’Elsa headquarters, you will build relationships, identify opportunities, and lead end-to-end sales cycles.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, travel as needed, and bring strong English communication to engage customers and partners across the region. This role is based at Casole d’Elsa (Siena), Italy.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, account management, or related commercial activities.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of energy storage or renewable energy sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Energy Storage market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Expand Pramac's market presence and support business development and marketing initiatives for Energy Storage Solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor and product expert within the assigned market.
• Contribute to the definition and execution of the sales strategy for the C&I Energy Storage business.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, technologies, and industry developments.
