Verbatim Pharma seeks a commercially driven Business Development Director for Italy to lead the commercial strategy and growth in the Italian market within clinical trial logistics. You will hunt new business, build partnerships with pharma, biotech and life sciences organisations, and drive a strong pipeline across Italy.

The role requires an established Italian market network and fluency in Italian and English, with a track record of selling into CROs and biotech.

Competenze

Experience in business development / strategic sales within pharma or life sciences.
Established network across the Italian pharmaceutical and biotech market.
Fluent in both Italian and English.

Mansioni

Develop and execute the Italian business development strategy.
Identify, qualify and convert new opportunities with Pharma & Biotech clients.
Build senior-level relationships with decision-makers in pharma, biotech and CROs.
Lead pipeline development and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.
Collaborate with operations, commercial and technical teams to craft solutions.
