Verbatim Pharma is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Director for Italy to own the territory, drive growth across pharma and biotech clients and build strategic partnerships.

You will lead the Italian BD strategy, hunt new opportunities with CROs and biotech firms, manage a strong pipeline, and represent the company at industry events, conferences and client meetings.

Competenze

• Strong track record in B2B sales within pharma/biotech.
• Established network across Italian market.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute the Italian business development strategy.
• Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities.
• Lead complex sales processes from prospecting through to close.
• Expand existing relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Represent at industry events and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with operational, commercial and technical teams.
• Maintain understanding of clinical supply chain and logistics landscape.
