ZEISS is seeking a Global Frame Shape Database Manager and VTO Scan Lab Supervisor to lead frame data quality and the Italian Scan Lab operations. You will ensure metadata accuracy, coordinate cross-functional activities, and support data integration with multiple ZEISS platforms.

The role requires deep optical knowledge, software and agile practice, plus fluent English. Hybrid/onsite work with travel between sites may be required.

Competenze

• Diploma of optical production with optician qualification.
• Deep knowledge of lenses, frames, materials and tolerances.
• Proficiency in software development and agile/sprint methodologies.
• Ability to validate frame data and explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent English (read, write, speak).

Mansioni

• Be the contact for technical questions about the global database content.
• Enter and maintain frame data.
• Propose improvements to the GFDB and FMT to the Product Owner.
• Lead testing and sign-off for new features; conduct UATs.
• Coordinate Frame Platform Scan Lab operations in Italy with two operators.
• Interface between VTO Aalen and VT Scan Lab Italy; ensure trace quality of data.
