Job summary

Siegwerk Italy SpA is seeking a highly driven Sales Manager to accelerate profitable growth across the Italian packaging market. You will identify, win and develop new business opportunities, expand our presence in luxury and food packaging, and build strategic relationships with key converters and brand owners.

In this role you will lead new business acquisition, penetrate market segments, negotiate complex agreements, and nurture strategic accounts through executive-level engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of successful B2B sales and business development experience within packaging, printing, inks, coatings, specialty chemicals or related industries.
• Proven ability to win new business, open strategic accounts and deliver profitable growth in international matrix organizations.
• Deep understanding of luxury packaging, food packaging and converter markets.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and influence senior decision-makers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and a results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English; strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
