Saleance is recruiting a Technical Sales Manager to develop the Italian market for a global leader in precision tool holders. The role is home-office based with frequent travel across Northern and Central Italy, ideally Milan area.

You will manage distributors and OEM/end-user accounts, provide technical and commercial support on-site, and drive new business across SMEs and major manufacturers. Travel 3-4 days/week, with a fixed gross salary around €65,000 plus commissions and a total package

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in technical sales in the machine tool/metalworking sector.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and key account management for capital equipment.
• Technical background in mechanical engineering or related field.

Mansioni

• Manage and develop the existing distributor network and direct OEM/end-user accounts across Italy.
• Provide technical and commercial on-site support to distributors and end customers.
• Identify and acquire new business, targeting SMEs and major industrial companies and manage projects from initial contact to order.
• Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events in Italy and abroad.
• Report directly to the European Sales Director in Germany.
