CBTALENTS is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to support relocation for customers in the Lisbon area. You will be the main point of contact for inquiries, guiding clients through documentation, orders and shipments while delivering empathetic, professional service.

Competenze

• Fluency in Italian at C2 level and English at B2 level is required.
• Customer service mindset with strong communication skills.
