WW Talents is hiring for an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite in Greece. The role requires Italian fluency and English for training, with shifts rotating from 08:00 to 00:00, and 5 days per week.

You will provide support via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries, documenting interactions, and helping customers with the platform and services. Relocation and full paid training are provided.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English at least B2 for training and internal communication.
• Experience in Customer Support or similar roles is a plus.
• Willing to relocate to Greece; onsite.
• Full paid training provided.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
