WW Talents in Greece is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international, multicultural team onsite. You will provide support in Italian via phone, email and chat, respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and help customers understand our platform.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English – B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Previous experience in Customer Support or related roles is a plus, not required.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
