WW Talents is offering an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative role in Greece, onsite. You will handle customer inquiries in Italian and English, across phone, email and chat, with relocation support and full training provided.

The schedule is 5 days per week with rotational shifts from 08:00 to 00:00, and a 14-month gross salary of €1,100 per month plus up to 10% bonus. Open to EU relocation and living in Greece or relocating from another EU country; real estate and flight support

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and proficient English (B2+) for training and internal communication.
• No prior experience required, but experience in customer support is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
