CB Talents SP is seeking a customer support professional to assist Italian and English-speaking customers from Lisbon. You will handle repair inquiries by phone, email, and chat, learning the product and service nuances through a structured training program.

Enjoy a real Portuguese contract with housing, a 12-month term (potential for permanence), and 22 days of annual leave. Training starts immediately, with health insurance from day one and rotating shifts.

Formación

• Fluent Italian and good English required.
• Excellent communication and empathy when dealing with customers.
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and work rotating shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers in Italian and English by phone, chat, and email on repair enquiries.
• Explain repair solutions clearly and handle complaints with empathy.
